Nichrome resistance section is 0.15mm and the NR is 0.25mm. Non- resistance lead is about 2" for plenty of length.

For those not familiar with welded wires do not try to bend them at the joint. Wrap your wick and make an L-bend on the resistance portion just before the weld joint so it lays flat on your wick.
